Shipping & Returns
- Orders made between Monday to Friday will be posted the next day.
- Purchase orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
- Delivery may take 3 - 10 days depending on your location.
- Items are shipped with Australia POST and will be provided with a tracking number.
- Free Standard Australian Shipping are expected to arrive within 5-10 business days from shipping date.
- Express Australian orders are sent at a flat rate fee of $15.00 AUD and will be received within 2-3 business days.
- Please ensure that someone will be at the postal address between 9am - 5pm to receive the parcel safely.
- LZL will not be responsible if there is no one to receive the parcel on delivery date.
- Free International Standard Shipping is applied and will be shipped with Australia Post. Orders may take 5 -10 Days delivery
- Express International shipping is made with DHL with a flat rate of $25.00 AUD and is expected to arrive 2-3 Business days
- International orders may take 3 -20 days depending on your location and any custom clearances.
- Please note: International orders may be subjected to customs clearance procedures. This may cause delay in expected delivery time.
- LZL cannot be held responsible for any duties or taxes charged by customs in the country where delivery is made.
- The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek further information regarding taxes and duties.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- LZL unfortunately does not accept any refunds due to change of mind. All purchases are final.
- All sale and or discounted items are non-refundable.
- If items are faulty or damaged when received, a refund or exchange will be applied.
- If an exchange or refund is deemed worthy please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the issue within 3 days of receiving your package. LZL will endeavour to respond within 24 - 48 hours of notice. LZL will not provide a refund or exchange if contact is made after 7 days of received items.
- Refund or replacement is subject to the customer returning the original product in its original state even if the product has been deemed faulty or damaged. All tags and packaging must be returned with the item.
- Items must be returned via tracking delivery within 5 days of confirmation with LZL to be eligible for a return or exchange. Return shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense. Once returned and received, Items will be inspected via a quality control checking process to ensure the item has not been worn/used.
